I am the owner of the website larsbarnabee.com and you can find more information about me by DNS records. Although I would prefer you wouldn't. Google analytics collects general data on users. Not specific data. I just like to know if anyone is visiting my website and I am not screaming into the void. Many people browse websites with javascript disabled and to each is their own. Please considering supporting me as I run this entirely on my own. This website uses Google Analytics, specifically GA4. In addition to that my gumroad collects emails. I do not use those emails. I do not collect any information through analytics from my desktop applications drawesome, drawesome 2, drawesome 3, thumbtastic, and thumbnail sketcher. Many desktop applications do collect analytics, but I find that a violation of privacy. I was going to make an app called drawesome 2.5 which was a hybrid desktop app that connected to an online database of model images. I probably would have had to add analytics, but that app never saw fruition. It was going to be exactly like drawesome 2 but have ways to select model packs from online. A way to select from a series of tags like women, men, clothed, unclothed, etc. Many models and middlemen who I talked to wanted to confirm that the photos could not be stolen by users. Nothing you put on the internet is safe from being stolen. People have reverse engineered operating systems. I am smart enough to know that there is always someone smarter than you in given field.
